I go pretty much from one TV station to another for news. The truth is, I really don't HAVE a preference. They're all equally "blah."
One of the things I see equally on all of the stations is their inability to say someone's BODY was found at a given location.
They'll give enough information to make it clear that someone was killed and they'll say Bob Wilson was found at 36th and Troost or Susie Smith was found at 99th and Holmes, but they won't say Bob Wilson's BODY was found at 36th and Troost or Susie Smith's BODY was found at 99th and Holmes.
WTF? Do they think the word BODY is too harsh a word for viewers to hear? Replies:
