Falls

Force-claiming is not allowed here. This is a peaceful, neutral area meant for socialising.

The sun, the moon and the stars;

The lavender painted mare cannot believe the sight before her. All her life, Salem has been all she has ever known. Various hues of reds and yellows and burnt browns were her world, the only vibrant colors she has ever known has come in the form of small, sparse patches of yellow cactus blossoms in early spring. To see such white, such purity and strangeness in such a beautifully different place is like finding an oasis after days of desolate sand.

One glimpse is not enough.

He does not comment as she sidles past him, nor does he try to disturb her thoughts as she drinks in the wonders of the Falls. Though she doubts that he finds such beauty in the sight as herself, he allows her to drink deeply of the waters of discovery until she is ready. Hungry for more.

When she questions him, the words more a statement than the question it should have been, does he dare to close the gap between them with a few fluid strides. ’Of course there is.’ The scoffing tone of his voice caused her small, fluted ears to tilt backward amid the tumble of her silvery-white mane. Lilac brows narrow as he continues on. ’I showed you this one for free. What do I get in return for the next?’

It was a valid question, but not the one she was hoping for.

The deep rumble of his voice excites her. The steady rhythm of her heartbeat was sporadic beneath the steady, almost cocky expression on his handsome face. Infuriating and incredibly delicious all in the same breath. How THAT was even possible she did not know. The only colts she has ever met have been her brothers or relatives and they were all simply infuriating. This… him…. He was different.

A coquettish smile curves its way across her ashen labrums as boldly, Druna takes a step closer, bringing her sleek shoulder mere inches from his whiskered muzzle as her own labrums trailed a breath from the thick winter coat his muscular shoulder. ”What DOOO you want?” she purrs, her hot breath hanging like vapor against his skin. It was the best card she had to play right now anyway.

It wasn’t like she truly had anything to offer him. Her collection of pretty little stones had been left behind in the Badlands and somehow she doubted the tall, burly stallion would have any interest in the little baubles she had collected over the years.

She tilts her head towards him, a single azure eye glittering brightly in the straying rays of sunlight that bleed through the pregnant gray clouds above. A mischievous smile tugs at her lips. ”I could pick you out a nice big stick if that's what your after.” The impish giggle is unnecessary and yet somehow warms the already growing tension and heat that rises between them. No, now more than ever, she is not nearly satisfied enough to return home.
