Divinity Rising
mare | 14.0hhs | seal bay | of the peak

Time was slipping away and a once small foal was now a small yearling. Longer hair fell down her neck and over her forehead. She had been living in the peak for a long time now and was growing bored. There was no one to play with and she was growing restless. Her body was muscled slightly from her play in the Peak with running and jumping from rock to rock, but she held a yearling body so being overly muscled was not seen. Her soft brown eyes were kind and her body was faintly curly, but with her growing at a decent rate right now with the lush grasses of her home, she was beginning to have some straight hairs on her body that were not quite keeping up with her growth.

Huffing a breath, Divinity giggled as she ran down from the peak, a pink petal in her lips. She had found a pink flower, but it was not like the cherry blossoms of her home. Instead, it was a wild tulip and she was carrying it around like a prized possession. Divinity loved flowers of all colors, but the pink ones were certainly her favorite to have on hand. That was why as she ran, the flower was held up high in her lips and not allowed to even think of falling to the ground.

Rounding a bend in her imaginary trail, Divinity was quick to put on the break as her eyes zeroed in on another horse. Her small ears tucked to her head as she gave a squeak, her body skidding along the meadows soil as she literally skidded past that of the horse she had seen. She was lucky to have such work of her legs, but her speed she had held was far to fast for her to just stop on a dime. So, as she slid past the stallion, she giggled and gave a wink of her one eye before vanishing into a bunch of shrubs not to far from him.

Rising from the ground with her pink tulip intact, Divinity moved away from the shrugs and headed to the stallion, her eyes dancing with a playful gleam. “Howdy!” She called, her voice muffled by the pink flower. “My name is Divinity! Its nice to meet you!” Full of excitement, Divinity’s words were faintly muffled and spit escaped her lips which had her dark cheeks heating up under her brown fur. She normally had better manners, but she could not get the flower into her hair on her own so instead she was just packing it around.
