Nahawi
stallion | 16.2hhs | red dun | of the lagoon

DEDICATE YOUR LIFE TO TRUTH.

The lagoon was not a good place right now. It brought the red dun a bit of fear, but he showed nothing of it. As he left the clutches of his home with his wounds seeping, Nahawi had to grit his teeth and hold back a wince with each step. Right now, Nahawi was injured to the point of no repair. He had hurt his ankle on his own, but the wound set at his withers and straight through the skin, the stallion was growing terrified. He had not wanted an jury that would take time to heal, but that Prairie Prince was more worried about talking than saving himself. Nahawi had done his best to save him, but he would never know entirely if he had done a good enough job with having left as soon as possible.

Moving through the commons and then the entrance of the meadow, Nahawi took a walk that was a few days in time. His wounds were getting worse with the length he took to walk, but once he reached the falls he slowly moved into the always running water. His wounds were seeping red at this point, the water making him groan out in pain before he stood wither deep in them. His wounds would heal, but he was stuck with himself going once again for Boss but this time against Garmr. It would be a rough year this time around and he was not ready for it.

Lifting his head up, Nahawi took a deep breath of the air around him and stilled entirely. His mind quickly worked through names and faces until one just popped up like a blinking light. Turning to face the way he had come, the red dun could not stop the racing of his heart, his excitement far too high to be good. He had lost this stallion to Arsinoe twice, the mare having raided him and the second getting Rafe into the battle to kick his rump. Now? Vadim was here, on the crossing, and it had the red dun moving through the water closer to the lake's beach and screaming into the air, his voice loud and begging. He called to Vadim, the pale stallion in which had brought him to the Lagoon. He wanted to see him, to hear his voice, to just know that he was okay. Nahawi picked few to care for and no one knew it, but Vadim was the one and only stallion that Nahawi would let himself die for. The Lagoon can be damned when it comes to his life. Vadim? Well, what would one say about the Boss handing himself over to anyone just to see the pale stallions face?
