I said I noticed VP Kamela Harris's “valley girl” mannerisms, NOT her accent or choice of words. Her posture and the way she positioned her hands and arms while she was speaking and interacting - Q-and-A - looked like classic valley girl.
As for my limited viewing VP Harris, I just haven't seen much of her. My guess is, her "handlers" are not too impressed with her public persona, and they've been keeping her hidden for most of the past three years.
