As the fillies played, the black stallion stood by Syrah, his amber eyes flicking over the painted mare and then off to the children. His long mane softly brushed against his neck as the breeze took hold of it and drug it all around his body. His long tail faintly billowed out behind him, almost as if he should be on a cliff staring out over a vast sea of land. Voyager was uneasy deep down, but he hid the inner turmoil as he let his head slowly turn the moment he heard hooves coming their direction.


Setting his gaze upon the painted Bacardi, Voyager gently dipped his head before he nudged Syrah, the mare almost lost in thought when he touched her. The large percheron stallion hummed a faint breath before he nodded when Syrah did the same. Together, these horses were letting Amarinora and Roamer grow into friends, something that Voyager hoped would last over the years and over the territories. There was no point in building a friendship just for it to die down when life changed and they all took on the life they were meant to live.


“Seems he is a handful.” Voyager gently voiced, his deep tone calling through the air and towards their lead. His body shifted then, a hind hoof shifting to rest on the tip and his body faintly lowering on that side. His large frame would be enough to deter many from ruining this joyful day, but the sub-lead had to make sure everyone was safe. With Bacardi tired, it made Voyager wish to go out and check the borders in his time of rest. Yet, the black stallion just stood there with Syrah, knowing he was needed here to help protect the children if anything bad came their way.
