Best to give me your loyalty

'Cause I'm taking the world you'll see
They'll be calling me royalty

The newborn doesn't respond much to her grandfather's affection. The gentle kiss of Solomon even causes the filly to take a step sideways due to her weak, wobbling, legs. Parvati does not notice much in the moment considering she was mainly focused on her father. Curious to know if he had gotten the Cove back and if Nyimara had been banished away from Tinuvel. It made her wonder what might happen next considering the deal she had struck. The one she did not want her father to find out about.

She giggles at Solomon's comment about her army of daughters. With only two sons it was true. To Parvati, it was very much girl power. She saw herself as mighty and prayed her daughters would see themselves the same way. "I only wished all my children had stayed here with me," She says. A lot of them have, but she wishes she had them all. Could first hand protect them, see all of them grow into seasoned adults, and watch them all have children. Grandchild she could have influence over. She spots something odd cross over her father's eyes just before he speaks again.

Hey own eyes grow sorrowful as her heart squeezes in her chest. She remembers when she first obtained the Inlet (and even the Thicket) and how much she had hoped to get his attention by it. It was good to hear him acknowledge that he has taken awhile to come visit. She nods slowly, but then cracks a smile as he says the Cove was now theirs again. "You know I did all this for you, right? I became a leader to be like you and mom. Mostly you, but I wasn't as successful at building a herd." She had hoped to have a massive herd of stallions by now, but that never happened.

Mom...guilt held on tight as she thought of their last conversation years ago. She needed to find her again. In the silence in her mind played her actions and how wrong they had been. She had lashed out thinking it was one of the reasons father was so distant with her. She realizes now that was probably not the case. Parvati's ears twitch as Solomon speaks again. Her eyes widen at the sudden question, but she controls herself from growing too afraid. "Uh, yeah she did." She says, trying to find the nerves. Did he already know what she had said to her? Then he comments on something Nyimara had said to him. Orchestrated change?

She wasn't sure what to say to keep herself in the clear. Her own actions had been purely selfish. "I dont know about that," She says as her eyes meet his. "But maybe ask Nico. I have arranged a deal with my brother to take over the Inlet. I planned on doing that in the Summer." Yes, there she goes. If she wasn't leading the Inlet (which she wouldn't be soon), it wasn't her decision to be in any sort of plot against their family.
