Scripps Hits 52 Week LOW

$2.94
April 17, 2024/ Scott Jones
On Tuesday, Scripps stock hit another 52 week low as it dipped to $2.94 cents a share.

To put that into perspective, if you wanted to buy a Big Mac at McDonald’s, you could sell 3 shares of Scripps stock and you might have enough left over for a small Coke.

Last week, FTVLive told you about anchors being whacked at Scripps flagship station WCPO (Cincy).

WCPO General Manager Jeff Brogan said, “People told us what they want, and we got the message, loud and clear.”

I don’t know which people he’s talking about.

But I can tell you that the staff doesn’t like the changes, the ratings show the viewers don’t like it, and obviously, the shareholders are not impressed either.

“I don't think you can wreck this company more if you tried,” said one Scripps employee to FTVLive.
