This essentially means that it is acceptable to use these pages to seek sponsorship for The Fusiliers Aid Society (which includes Fallen Fusiliers), and The Fusilier Memorial fund only. Hi Gladys, You have had a wonderous Life
Cherish it and be thankful for it.
But I personally would like you to share it with everyone thats why I think you must document it as best you can in a series of short stories that could add a great deal of Substance and Recognition of your part in the History of not only LF History but British Army Life through out the World,as seen by a Daughter a Teen a Young Lady a Wife a Mother and eventualy a Widow.
I think you ought to write 8 or 9 Short Stories of your life combined into one Book.Chapter 1.From Gibraltar to China.
Chapter 2.From China to Australia.Chapter 3.From Australia to the Blitz.Chapter 4 The Blitz and Japan. Chapter 5.From Japan to Egypt.Chapter6. Egypt to Germany.
Chapter 7.From Germany to Hong Kong.
Chapter 8.From Hong Kong to the Blackpool Lights etc;.Like I say Gladys it's in you,get a publisher tell him what you want to write he will 100% support you & give you Encouragement Advice & Help.Once you've completed your Short Shories of an Army Wife,(make sure theres some Humour & Sadness in each Story).
On Publication you will be Imortalised Gladys for ever in the Hearts & Minds of the Lancashire Fusiliers,(but you probably are already Gladys).
