His father's smiles pulls a smile of his own. The warmth of his voice tells Nico that this should be a good visit which was great considering the age of the Cove herd. After all their hardships it was hard to tell what would happen next. Father and his herd were getting older so he feared soon bad news could come their way. Just hopefully not today.

"How are you finding leadership?" His sire asks which is a basic question, but makes him curious. According to Parvati, father had not made much time for her when she left the Cove. She had complained about it often and in the beginning she even had ran to him at any sign of trouble hoping he would take care of it for her. Nico wonders if it was a tactic father used to help her grow. He could understand how his sister could get on someone's nerves. He also understood how attention seeking she could be. "So far so good," He replies with a smile.

"I have brought in a few new faces, but some have come on their own too." He snickers remembering how Parvati pouts knowing his herd was already larger than hers had been. Though most of the horses he has gained have been male (to make it even worse for Parvati) it was something. Personally he preferred the opposite gender. "I only have two mares so far, but I am courting a third from Salem." He ponders if Pyre would know Isagol. "And my second child is coming in spring." This time he beams with pride.

"How is the Cove doing?" He did wonder if everyone had returned home from the Desert. Knowing his father, the Cove was doing just fine.
