The New A-HOLE OF TV

Allen Media founder Byron Allen went on Bloomberg Television and said he would have no problem getting billions of dollars to buy Paramount, and he is still very interested in doing so.

You can watch the clip above and see that Allen wants to own all or at least a portion of Paramount.

Of course, it was FTVLive that FIRST told the employees at the Allen Media stations that layoffs were coming. FTVLive also told you that Allen Media is ending the company's 401K match next month.

Despite so many losing their jobs, newscasts canceled, and the 401K match gone, the staff has heard nothing from Byron Allen.

"He’s made no appearance before his employees. He didn’t even send an email," an Allen Media employee told FTVLive.

While Allen goes on Bloomberg and jokes about buying the Anchor's flower on his lapel for a billion dollars, he hasn't said a thing to the people he put out of work at his stations.

I can assure you there aren't many employees at Paramount, who are hoping that the company is bought by Allen.

Also, if getting billions of dollars is so easy, why didn't you secure some money, so you didn't have to put people on the street?

Just asking....
