Rules posted on Oswego website states that tail-wing feature starting position is handicapped based on last three racing events. Winner from last race starts 12th. If you haven't raced in the last three events, but have attended at least one, you can't start any higher than 7th. Why don't the challenge/ISMA races do something like this? Replies:
