Standing there with his ears perked, Octavius listens to Asmodeus with full attention. His brown eyes flicker for a second before a sigh of relief escapes his lungs. Octavius wanted a family, a large one, and Asmodeus had just dropped that bit in front of him. It had the draft stallion giving a nod of his head with his body shifting a bit. “I can promise to make sure a herd grows underneath me.” Octavius would and foremost want to have his sister leave the Peak, but for the time being he could set his sights on other things. It would be easier to learn Asmodeus that way to begin with and it set his heart at ease.
“I will train and grow. I won't be a weak link in your territory.” Octavius had always been the protector to his sister, but now he could grow. The draft was excited for that, but it would take time. But, Octavius only had time on his hands as his head shook and then his body followed the motion. “Whatever you need Asmodeus, I am here. I am not sure what entirely will be needed on my end, but I won't back off from anything.” Fighting, raiding, claiming… Octavius was willing to be that one pawn Asmodeus could throw out there as a trump card if the time came to it.
