Rules � The Lagoon is where homeless stallions come to live as a brotherhood. Mares may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders. � Soldiers keep mainly to fighting, Thieves keep mainly to raiding, and Associates may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Marauder or Boss for permission. � All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Boss maintains order within the Lagoon and has the final say. � Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met. � You can find detailed information about how the Lagoon works on the Rules page. � Upon election, the Boss can issue a rule for members to follow during their tenure. It is up to leadership to enforce.

The last figure she thought to see was the one who emerged, and Daffodil pulled her head high and back, dancing briefly a few steps from him in surprise at his arrival. When her narrow hooves stilled in the soft, mineral-rich earth she still flicked her tail and turned her ears back at him. It was marvelous how quickly she went from feeling as though she was on the verge of tears to being angry.

Daffodil did not spend much time being angry. She was beginning to think she should do it more.

She snapped at him when he neared, going for his soft nose but she didn�t entirely commit. It was more of a threat than anything and her lips smacked on the air in front of his mouth before she blew a hard breath right back at him.

�Took you long enough,� he said, but it was the way he looked at her that made fury absolutely overcome her. She felt hot in her cheeks and there were tears in her eyes again, but this time they were indignant.

�I didn�t WANT to come here!� She complained at him, stomping a hoof firmly in the mud in front of him, letting a few dark splatters freckle his already dotted coat. �And as soon as I can, I don�t know how, but I am going to leave.� She declared it firmly and without a waiver in her voice (which was rather impressive considering she didn�t have the first clue how she would get away from here). �So just�� She sucked in a breath of air, briefly blundering before she finally blurted grumpily out, �just leave me alone!�
