It was boring waiting around when she could be home. The filly has begged and yearned to be back in the Desert. To be told it wasn't time yet was dissapointing. She could only handle so much dissapointment before taking things into her own hooves. Which, turns out, is exactly what she was doing as she guides herself back home. It was a risky move considering she had been so young last she was on Salem. Thankfully, she had fate on her side as she reaches the sandy beach of her homeland.

The greying dunskin takes a few steps away from the ocean behind her. Droplets slide down her legs as her eyes scan the land in front of her. Home looked exactly like she remembered it. Even some of the smells were the same aside from a few new scents she didn't recognize. It made her wonder who had taken the place in their absence. She assumed it was one of mommy's mates considering the familiar smells still stained into the sand.

It never occurred to her that home could have turned dangerous. Waiting for her mother's approval may have been smart. Too late now. The filly begins to move inland as she continues to look around for differences.
