I has been announced on the RAAF Deaths and Funerals Facebook Group of the passing of Bung Ridout on the 12 of August. Bung was born on the 8th of August 1937, and he served in the RAAF from 1954 to 1981. He was one of the initial B707 loadmasters as well as a C-130 A and H loadmaster.
Such a great bloke and loadmaster. RIP Bung.
