Rules

• The Vulcan Peak is where homeless mares come to live as a sisterhood. Stallions may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders.

• Warriors keep mainly to fighting, Thinkers keep mainly to raiding, and Politicians may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Codebreaker or Prime Minister for permission.

• All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Prime Minister maintains order within the Peak and has the final say.

• Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met.

• You can find detailed information about how the Peak works on the Rules page.

She can tell that her question has bothered him. Or rather, how she had worded it. Ashteroth had never been delicate about feelings, or much of anything really. Always blunt and straight forward, with a habit of jumping into something without thinking first. The painted mare wanted to think of herself as grown passed that, but it seemed not much has changed, even from when she was dragging her twin into her childish games as foals. The brief thought of Asmodeus brings an even darker feeling clawing its way into her chest, a flash of memory in the Commons clouding her mind, before she forcefully shakes it away. This was not the time for reflection.

“You can offer it to any that may need it. Such skills do not need to be secluded to just one place.” Ashteroth replied, before shifting her weight a bit uncomfortably. “I am used to dealing with Lagoon men, I am sorry for my harshness.” Perhaps the dark stallion could heal more than just wounds; though she doubts anyone would be willing to put in such efforts to change her now skewed way of seeing the world. Just as she does not expect her apology to undo the reality of her actions.

“There is a cave just up ahead.” Ashteroth said, changing the subject as she nodded towards the trail that curved upwards along the mountain. “It is big enough to take shelter, and makes a good wind break.” Even if she was not offering her own warmth to the stallion, she did not want him to freeze to death upon the mountain. “In the winter, you are welcome to stay in the Falls.” she added, though wondered if he would even still be here by then.
