It's like a smudge on the face LUCIFER Posted on November 11, 2024 at 06:01:30 AM by Chimney
The night was young and dark. Refreshing to the blue roan. On the smaller side of her breed but no less pretty. She is not painted in duo tones like most of her own. She is mostly solid in color. A dark ebony paints over her fluffy hocks. Shimmery hooves of a dark silver to almost black. Ivory can be seen just above her eyes on her forehead. The only vision of pale color on her. No other colors but the blue and black that shared a special dance on her body.
A low rumble in her throat as she finally pulls herself from the water. It dripped smoothly from her body. She is soaked through and a shudder runs over her. This was not her idea of fun but he had chased her into the water. Guided her then in a specific direction. Had she tried to move away from the intended he'd been there to return her to the direction he'd expected of her. Those rich chocolate eyes search as she had swiveled her blue nose around. Chimney knows he is there but she isn't sure where exactly as he blended into the night scenery around her. Nostrils flared though as she took in his scent.
He was close. Perhaps too close but again, she isn't sure where exactly. Who was she to judge just how close he might be? "Are you so proud of yourself now? Don't you want the name of the mare you decided was to your liking to flourish and take home?" There's a curious look in her eyes but the tone was far from very pleasant. Annoyed perhaps. Angry was going a bit far but she wasn't exactly being particularly friendly in these moments. It wasn't like he'd given her a notion to be best buds with him right now.
Definitely not. A sneer etched over her velvety lips. Again she was storing his scent to memory. Never to forget it. It wasn't like he was going to let her anyway. Lucifer wasn't seeming to be keen on sending her to her merry way. Not now. Flourish deep within her was a child. He'd made sure of that hadn't he? A dark monster to guide her into his domain like a good little soldier. Chimney hadn't ever said she'd go quietly though had she? Definitely not! "Didn't your mother ever teach you that it isn't nice to treat others as though they were the dirt beneath your hooves?"
Her tone is tossed monotone in question. Her eyes searching again though only ever briefly catching him as he moved. "Chimney. I could just call you monster but that is just too simple. Don't you have a name blacky?" She could just call him that if he failed to give her a name. It was suiting enough wasn't it? Replies:
