GUIDELINES
common sense, really
i. the Prairie stands as a symbol of peace and prosperity among the islands
ii. anyone is welcome to live here so long as they do not bring harm to the Prairie or any of it's residents
iii. adventure and exploration is not only allowed, but encouraged! residents are asked to use their better judgement and not travel to places that could bring them harm
iv. the head of the prairie has final say in all prairie matters. the secondary and third positions are not able to be challenged for and are selected by the head
v. the guardians take on a more active role in the prairie; they must protect the inhabitants of the prairie and go on patrols of the prairie borderlines and shore. they can welcome strangers to the prairie and invite anyone to live here, though they must inform one of the leaders of any newcomers or visitors
Happiness in Spades.

CRUISE
stallion | 15.0hhs | grulla | of the lost forest

Moving through the open lands beside Zevulun, Cruise let his gaze wander. Wonder colored his face and awe marked his eyes, but he held no words for the world around them and the inspiration it gave him. Back home in the Forest, the trees were so dense in many places that it left him roaming in the darkness and feeling lost. Out here where the sun could beat against his back and warmed his body, Cruise almost felt relaxed. His pace was more steady than the colder shade of the Forest ever allowed and he enjoyed himself in the almost chest high grasses that he pushed through.

As they got to the water, Cruise let his legs slowly step down into the chilling river with a sigh escaping his lips. Shaking his whole body as a tremor from the chill took over, the waters easing his legs. Humming a soft breath, Cruise hears Zevulun’s question before looking through the water and scanning the rocks. “The bwue ones?” He could see some, but he was not sure what they were called. Lowering his snout, he holds his breath and pulls one out of the water just as another voice fills the air around them.

Lifting his head and letting his sun light gaze land upon the long filly, Cruise tilted his head with a snort of water as he held the blue rock. Lifting his head to Zevulun, he nodded when his name was spoken before he turned and placed the rock on the bank so that it would not fall back into the water. “Hi.” His voice became a bit more meek, not knowing this mare even if she was kind. He was enjoying his time with Zevulun and he didn't think he would be in trouble with a friend of his dad. However, that could change with another around them.
