Rules

• The Vulcan Peak is where homeless mares come to live as a sisterhood. Stallions may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders.

• Warriors keep mainly to fighting, Thinkers keep mainly to raiding, and Politicians may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Codebreaker or Prime Minister for permission.

• All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Prime Minister maintains order within the Peak and has the final say.

• Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met.

• You can find detailed information about how the Peak works on the Rules page.

He is confused at first, and rightly so. Their relationship thus far had been a nonexistent one, aside from her being his jailor. Still, she tries not to let her own fears and doubts dig their claws too deeply into her thoughts and rapidly beating heart. He needs time to process what she has said, to probably come up with a kind but firm no to her offer. Gecko would leave the Peak; leave this frigid mountain and her behind, along with all the problems that befell them living in the Peak. He would seek out somewhere on Salem, or perhaps even Atlantis where he could stay warm as he should and…..

I’d like to stay with you.

Ashteroth’s thoughts had been snowballing before she had even realized it, only for Gecko’s words to completely derail them. At first, she didn’t know what to say, as it wasn’t the answer she had been expecting. But as the painted mare come to terms with her disbelief, she took a few tentative steps closer to the sooty stallion. Reaching out her muzzle, she hoped to gently brush her dark lips along the curve of his shoulder. To let his scent fill her nose while leaving hers behind. “Tell me about you…. About your life.” she murmured, attempting to lean into the tender moment rather than fight it. “I don’t want to be strangers anymore.”
