In her dreams, she is back on Salem. Spring is upon the Hills, and wildflowers are in bloom all around her. The smoky brown mare is stretched out on the soft carpet, the scent of daisy and sage thick around her. She inhales deeply and burrows her head into the cool flora beneath her, relishing in the peace and tranquility of the moment. ...’Wake up….’ Father’s voice calls to her. At least she thought it was Evrain. ..’Wake up…’ It is there again, this time clearer but even more unusual. She furrows her brows. Cold. She registers the feeling again as her body shudders and she is awaked at the warm touch of a gentle prod. She blinks slowly, awareness registering the biting cold and wreath of cold breath that hangs above her. A dark figure looms into her hazy view and she startles awake with a shake.

She blinks quickly now, clearing her pale blue eyes of the remnants of warm dreams. She gazes around her, letting her surroundings remind her of where she was. Tinninal…Tinuvel… yeah that was it.
”Tinuvel....”
she murmurs, her gaze sweeping over the deep drifts of pristine snow, rocky mountains, and blanketed trees. Tinuvel. She had come to Tinuvel to spy for her father and find her siblings (especially her sister). She remembered now.

The warm plume of breath against her skin reminds her of the presence at her side. Fluted ears flit backward and then forward again as the sound of his voice breaks the silence and draws her gaze away from the wintery wonderland. ’Lady?’ The word draws a grimace to her frosted lips as the blushed mare uncurls her stiff legs from beneath her and stands. ”I ain’t a lady.” she quips, giving her slight frame a thorough shake to rid herself of the layer of snow that blanketed her body before fixing the obsidian beast with her pale gaze once again. A coy smile curves across her lips as she blinks up at him, ”But I suppose father would be glad to know strangers think that of me.” she purrs with a playful chuckle, dipping her tiny maw respectfully. ’MY forest…. He had said MY so that meant he was the lead here right? Had to be.

”Sorry…I... I fell asleep." Yeah, she remembers now. How exhausted she had felt when she first came ashore. "...I didn’t expect the swim here to be quite so…….COLD.” she says, shivering again in emphasis. Maybe Tinuvel wasn’t the best place to start. Something tells her she would not be finding Druna here.
