Alioth remained stoic before the group, ready to make a move on the Lagoon's behalf to return Ainaz. However, it seemed unnecessary to do so as Garmr made his appearance. The sight of his sabino boss galvanized the young stallion. He was grateful that Garmr had plucked him form the Thicket so young, guiding him where his own father had not. Thus, Alioth served the Lagoon's leader whole-heartedly.
Garmr's arrival had also quailed their quarry's resolve to escape and allow the others to fight for her freedom. This was evident as Ainaz removed herself from the two residents and came toward the Lagoon men. What the draft mare says though, as Ainaz left her side, surprised Alioth. She had balls, he'd admit that. Still, he wondered how Garmr would respond.
His dark eyes flicked to the motion of his brother turning to follow Ainaz's form as she retreated to the Lagoon. Feeling that Ainaz was docile enough to not need two of them to escort her back, the stallion makes no move to leave. Alioth shifted, taking steps to further place himself at Garmr's side. If there was a fight, the boss would not go into battle alone.
