Rules � The Lagoon is where homeless stallions come to live as a brotherhood. Mares may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders. � Soldiers keep mainly to fighting, Thieves keep mainly to raiding, and Associates may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Marauder or Boss for permission. � All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Boss maintains order within the Lagoon and has the final say. � Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met. � You can find detailed information about how the Lagoon works on the Rules page. � Upon election, the Boss can issue a rule for members to follow during their tenure. It is up to leadership to enforce.

The Mustang stallion sniffed appreciatively at the recruit's words. His mousy ears twisted toward the sounds of life in the jungle and swamps beyond. "A new member of the brotherhood is reason enough to be excited," he chided conspiratorially. He likely should tell the man that he could claim a mare as his own if he brought in a new brother, but Tribulation kept it to himself.

"You should get familiar with the other brothers first before looking too long at a trinket. Things change every season; so I suggest you pay attention." The skin along the plane of his right shoulder twitched at the contact with a landing fly. His tail, black and thread with silver, slapped at the sensation. "Cause chaos. That's what the boss wants. Raid, battle, whatever you want really. It's free game."

The tovero turned his mismatched gaze away from the black stallion. His gaze followed what he could see of the path the splash had taken to get here. He wondered then about recruiting others in the coming seasons, even swimming to the other islands to nab what mares he could. Tribulation had gotten too complacent in recent seasons; that was going to change.

"Tell you what. When you get settled, we can go off on a raid, if that's something you'd want in on?"
