Annubis,
It seems we are to be neighbors once again. I've recently retaken my birth home in the Shore and I intend to return the land to its former glory. To that end, I intend to establish a monarchy on Atlantis with me at the helm. We will be stronger together, stronger still if we are united under a common goal.
I would prefer to do so without bloodshed, and to that end I ask: what conditions would you impose for such support?
