It has been a long time since she has truly saved anyone from fate. She used to do it a lot more, but lately all the battles have been taken up by her sisters. In order to make a lasting difference she needed to get back into the act of saving. Keeping vulnerable mares away from the Lagoon's clutches was the main goal. Though anyone who chose to harm their mares would be a target.
It wasn't long after she made the decision to check out the Commons that rain began to fall. "Stay back Harmonie." She warns her grown daughter who groans. She very much wanted to be a vegelanty like her mother, but she had no idea how to do it. Mother always kept her back on missions. Still he obeyed and stay behind as her mother slipped away into the pouring rain.
The storm grew more intense which only drove up her instinct that some poor soul out there needed help. Clarity makes her way slowly into the Commons and the scene unfolding in front of her causes her to pause. She watches a large draft mare struggling for shelter while a stallion seems to crowd her and the mare trying to lead her away. Seeing a glimmer of sisterhood in the unknown mare, mainly cause she understood where she was trying to guide her hurt friend, pulled at her heart.
Her instincts were always correct. It was when the stallion makes his move that she jumps into action. The old mare leapts forward with all her might and rushes towards the group. She aimed to bodyslam right into the stallion as he stationed himself at the draft's hind end. It was the only way she would be able to get him away from her despite causing herself injury.
