She did not notice the stallion that followed them as the entered the commons. Eeva had been too much in thought and too busy just keeping Tamar close that she hadn't really been looking around. It wasn't until they were finally stopped that she started paying attention. By then it was too late.
The petite smokey black turns swiftly at the sudden rush of someone dashing towards them. The stallion's teeth pinch her rump as an angered squeal erupts out of her mouth. Ears quickly pin back as her back legs lash out before she whirled around to face him. The yearling filly stays at her hip as she turns. Tamar presses herself tightly against the end of her mother's barrel and the start of her leg with wide eyes.
Eeva expected to be swooped up by a herd stallion, but not to sudden like this. Her eyes narrow at the stallion as his demanding words reach her pinned ears. Before she could answer his demand for names another voice joined their group. Eeva's head snaps in the direction of the stranger while Tamar seems to attempt to hide her head under her mother now.
Eeva had to side step just to keep balance. She wasn't sure which was the lesser evil of the two, but at least the newcomer wasn't biting her or demanding of them. Her eyes turn back to the first stallion, Tattoo, with a look of disgust.
