Lawsuit filed for CCL?

Word is a suit has already been filed for the illegal searches of personal vehicles and alleged privacy breaches about who on the job is a CCL holder. Anyone got anything about that? Don�t remember any questions being asked about owning firearms to be hired but I crossed over in 2016. Is that a new thing for new hires? Gotta list your weapons owned and if you have a CCL?
