The thought of his child being born on a foreign island was unbearable. Atlantis wasn't so foreign to him considering his travels, but Raini had no idea where she was. She had just arrived to the islands and had only spent a handful of nights with him. Their relationship felt new and exciting, but now his stomach was in knots each time he thought of her. Tino would hate him for losing her. The soft murmur of the dark faced mare gave him little hope. Still, he gives her a small smile to show he appreciated the gesture.

Why should she do anything for him? He has caused her stress and the turmoil of being separated from her own family. What is she has been through a similar, or worse, situation Raini had been in? Maybe Annubis was her saving grace and he was ruining it be taking her. He could only hope going to Paradise would work in both their favors. She would be back home to her daughter, Annubis, and he would have Raini back to reunite with her son.

With little more to say silence falls between them. He has pretty much said everything he needed to. The plan was in motion, but now it was about what to do in the mean time. He should probably go talk the plan through with Pyre. Nico shifts as he notices a frown form on the mare's face. He couldn't possibly know what she was thinking, but after a minute or two she speaks up again.

Her voice is no longer laced with anger like it had been before. He wonders if she has realized his own turmoil. Colored ears tilt forward as the words leave her lips although she displays some sort of frustration at what she was about to say. She asks if he knew a mare named Lyrae and his head shakes in responce. He freezes as the name Solomon comes off her lips. "I am sorry I do not know of her. I do know of him." He thinks, but there was no harm in introducing himself now.

"My name is Nicodemus de Solomon. Solomon was my father." Usually he was proud to speak of his parents, but situation just set a different tone. Aside from the fact that now sleep was beginning to take its hold. His eyes began to feel heavy with all the adrenaline leaving his body.
