It wasn't hard to pick out the golden filly heading towards him. Her skin was like the golden markings that stood out among his white skin. He was instantly attracted to her golden hue and like himself, he knew she was meant for greater things. He already held her above standard before she even pulled up beside him and used those precious hooves to bash away at the ice.
He honestly would have rathered a regular to break the ice for him, but he wasn't about to turn this filly away. She was worth his company. "Leave the hard work for the regulars next time." He bumps her shoulder in a playful manner. "We are special after all." He stares seriously at her as he speaks before a smile breaks on his face. His white ears twitch before his neck lowers his skull down to the cold water. He carefully puts his muzzle between the broken ice and sips the cold liquid until he felt sastified.
His head raised back to a high position almost likr a King would. He was no royalty by a kingdom, but in his mind his precious genetics is what made him worth the highest price. He was above all the princes of the neighbouring territories and only his golden siblings rivaled him. Speaking of which...his attention turned back to the blue eyed filly. He was curious is they shared the same golden sire. "Are you a child of Bastille by chance?" He doubted there was any other horse with this rare coat so that would mean this filly was his sister.
