Why am I just hearing this now it appears Sheridan is gone the destroyer of EMS so maybe now we can bring some common sense back and allow the office to actually triage these callers a little today Ambo 70 went out for a teenager who broke her nail meanwhile a rollover accident almost requiring a plan happened 3 blocks east with an injured baby shouldn�t the office be able to put low priority calls in pending or say ambos don�t go to broken finger nails? Thought they were able to refuse.
