We could all agree that some cuts would be helpful. The problem is that the city pays 50X for anything. How is a printer sold to the city $1500.00 but its on the shelf at office deopt for $499.00. That just boggles my mind. Shotspotter is coming back after months of dead bodies showing up.....POOR BLM.
