Does punishment drilling still happen? I see drilling for new equipment, techniques, awareness after near-misses/LODDs. Once that drilling is done it's never done again, unless a candidate shows up, maybe. Problem with the punishment drilling of the past is current chiefs don't wanna be that guy now. It's your job learn it, know it, teach it.
