Had a nice chat with a recruiter. He ended with " if we proceed, you'll do a tech test. Then the tech interviews - there'll be 6 of those. Then an interview with a managing partner. This will be more about personality and culture. But it will also be tech". Think I'm out already*

I find these job hunting posts fascinating. I last applied for a job in 2014 and was not remotely as weird as what I read about with you guys. - The last job I landed at an outside company went: 30 minute call with hiring manager. Flew in for a 1 hour in person interview where the HM was surprised when he found out I flew in.
