So I was told after the laws changed in 2018 i think.. That your win on a ticket has to be over 300 times the actual ticket value to be taxable in the state of FLA.. So I have always stacked my bets on to one ticket for this reason alone. So you can have four trifecta boxes on one ticket depending on where you are betting and what you are betting on.. If one of those trifectas pays it has to be 300 times what ticket is worth in order to be taxable. Now machines and tellers won't always accomodate. As a matter of fact I had a teller at Orange City Poker Room tell me he "couldn't stack bets on one ticket" The thext week I had a different teller that was more than happy to stack them on one ticket and even wished me the best of luck..
