This is penny ante for sure, with a $10 limit, but last time I didn't even notice it.

They are offering you a bet where if your win selection comes in 2nd or 3rd, you get a refund of your wager. It says that it applies to any of the races with graded stakes (?) yesterday or today. It also says, "per race". So, how many are there, and does it really mean you can use this multiple times, as long as they are graded stakes races?

In theory, you might get a free stab at a long-shot, as long as you figured them to be close. Or just stick with the chalk, with the probs in your favor.
