Weather in western New York (WNY) was fierce earlier. Started out on my errands but thunder storms and hail sent me retreating back to the safety of my house. It is 60 F and drizzly now.

I just got back from OTB where business was brisk ! Maybe horse racing is not totally dead. People still like to bet on the big races.

Weather in Baltimore, Maryland for the Preakness looks beautiful.

80 F and sunny (with no chance of rain) and a fast track.

I got Journalism (#2) on top with River Thames (#6) and Clever Again (# 8) and a not so silent partner in our syndicate likes Gosger (#9).

Wheeled Journalism (#2) in the exacta and trifecta hoping some bombs fall for place and show.

Boxed then all in an exacta as a safety valve and also keyed Journalism (#2) with our other horses and all for 4th.
