Keeping an open mind and not actually calling this “ fixing “ as much as it was a strategy for players is where the direction of the conversation really should have went. Lock and feed was definitely a strategy based on the scoring system and boleto at the time. Also a few retired players I have talked to since then confirmed what we already know. It did happen. Maybe not as much as some think but it happened.
