Would need to set perameters based on several factors:
Smell -Can you catch a whiff from the sidewalk?
Is there Fecal matter / urine involved?
Frequency ,- has to be at least 3 times a week in/out
Amount of bugs involved- (roaches,flies,bedbugs, unidentified)
Amount of screaming necessary to get onto stairchair/fat bag.
Amount of times its called a one-time courtesy.
Time of day/night?
Amount of able bodied young men playing video games that say "in the back"
How many floors?
Straight shot on stairs or scissor stairs?
Outside stairs? never shoveled?
Do they ask to stop and check mailbox?
Are they dressed up to go to "the doctor" and come back with a plate of food wrapped in tin foil?
Do they say they are moving off the third floor but havent for three years.
Does everyone strip down after outside the rig to not bring back bugs to the firehouse?


So much more to think of than just
"how many fires they go to"
