Ask Representative Kelly (active L2 E78) who had to rewrite cap bill so it would pass? Hint it wasn't Dave. Great money for rigs but bill says department gets money as we all know department doesn't order or maintain rigs. So that money will disappear. And SB1712 and SB1892 respectively have been tabled and not discussed in senate in months. So those did not pass. Yep DND did a great job!
