This isn't about supporting Mike or Dave — it's about calling out hypocrisy. You act like Dave did everything single-handedly. Then you turn around and say there's no way Mike Kelly could’ve done it all alone, even though he has more direct contact and opportunities to get things done. So which is it?

This is supposed to be a team effort — it's a UNION.
But all anyone ever does is complain and tear each other down instead of working together.

60 people show up to a union meeting. At the last election, only about 80 people were even eligible to run for a board seat. That’s less than 1%!

Everyone screams for change — it’s always "#### Dave," or "#### Joe," or "#### Mike" — while we sit behind our keyboards, taking breaks from watching Jordan Boss videos to complain about everything.

Chicago Local 2 and the Chicago Fire Department are a disgrace — not because of one person, but because we've all given up. Everyone wants someone else to fix the problems. Absolutely pathetic.
