Raini watched her son interact with his father with a smile, chuckling as the colt tried to nip his father’s muzzle, a ineffective action for one without teeth yet but a sure sign of the colts cheeky personality.
Storm looked between his parents when the stallion pulled back a little, his held tilted slightly before letting out a high pitched sound and trying to run forward at a pace faster than the walk he still hadn’t perfected yet. Unfortunately his long legs tangled themselves up in his attempted to move faster causing the colt to pitch forward and once more tumbling to the ground. Furious at his inability to do as he wanted, small ears laced back in annoyance as he snapped his teeth, or rather gums, at the air in front of him, grumbling to himself as he rearranged his limbs into a more comfortably position instead of trying to stand again, the young foal was already starting to get tired and needed a power nap.
Raini shook her head at Storm’s antics with an amused smile, dropping her head down to nuzzle the sleepy foal someone needs to learn to walk before they can run she sad softly before lifting her head, looking back at Nico he has no patience already she said on a chuckle.
Yawning it was becoming easier to see how exhausted she was as she listened to Nico’s words I’m not sure what's going on with Tino right now, he’s still been close physically but a little distant. I asked him if he was ok, if he needed to talk about anything but he declined, saying nothing was wrong but I know my boy, something is bothering him she said with a saddened sigh.
I wonder if you would talk him, he might open up to you as I know he was worried about putting extra stress on me with the foal due, I’m thinking that’s why he didn’t want to talk she said, hoping and knowing that Nico would find Tino and try to talk to him. She knew Tino looked up to him so hopefully he’d be more inclined to open up to him.
