Do they stay w the preschool/school until their parents or designated (US citizen) guardian can pick them up?

What if they�ve already left school property & are a block or two away? Does ICE come equipped with protective services or some state counselor to watch the kids until their parents can come get them?

It�s not only terrible on its face, but also seems ill conceived, even from just a logistics standpoint.
