Turn valve to close tank. Disconnect it from grill. Reconnect it. Sometimes something in connection trips and you get low flow.

I think it’s a safety thing? Tends to happen when you close tank before turning burners off.

Nearly no cleaning needed beyond scraping down insides when stuff really builds up or cleaning grates when really greasy.
