Rules

• The Vulcan Peak is where homeless mares come to live as a sisterhood. Stallions may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders.

• Warriors keep mainly to fighting, Thinkers keep mainly to raiding, and Politicians may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Codebreaker or Prime Minister for permission.

• All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Prime Minister maintains order within the Peak and has the final say.

• Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met.

Faster than the flames

Firefox couldn't help but smile as she watched the two youngsters, it was different to how most foals in the herd grew up back home. Watching the boys play she again feels the flash of guilt, could she really follow out this command that has been demanded of her.

It wasn't the beating she was worried about, she was use to them by now, Tattoo couldn't do anything to her that he hadn't done before and she knew he wouldn't kill her, not without his father's permission any way.

But she was programmed to obey, and that there was doubt in her ability to try and protect Vogue and her family.

The next question took her off gaurd slightly because she had never even dreamed of being a mother. I mean who would want to bring another living being into the place she had been born.
No, to be honest it's never even been something I thought about she said, her eyes briefly going to Vogue.
Back home... or rather my old home she quickly caught herself, hoping Vogue didn't notice, as much as she never wanted to return to that place, she didn't really think she had any choice in the matter well, I'd never wish to subject a foal to that torture she said, briefly closing her eyes as her mind reminded her about all the times she'd be punished.

Sucking in a breath she tried to rid her mind of her tormented memories.
She quiet for a few moments, trying to think of how she could get Vogue out of the peak.
I thought I'd heard a waterfall when I was wandering the mainland. Is there one nearby? she asked, maybe she could get Vogue to show her where it is, she once more glanced up to the foals. Equally she didn't want to male tattoo aware of the youngsters.
