For those sitting on the edge of their seats waiting for this test, it won't be long, at @330.

Step 1: Place a Corona Light in the freezer for ten minutes in prep for the ACB test.

Step 2: Go outside, sit on the Veranda (in the shade) for 5 full minutes with it 100 degrees and log my heart rate.

Step 3: Fetch the extremely cold Corona Light, wait 5 minutes, hammer it, log my heart rate.

Step 4: Go get a big ass fan, the peanuts and repeat Step 3 over and over till I no longer give a sh*t what my heart rate is...
