- Unfortunately, failure to cooperate and failure to monitor are major violations in their eyes. Only thing worse is LOIC. Now, obviously what is not cooperating and what is not monitoring is their discretion and up to the COI. BUT neither of those lead to bans or vacating.   - I think those are both refutable. Failure to cooperate? We retrieved deleted texts and let the NCAA conduct interviews in November during the season! All of that should have been pushed to December or January.
