Some games you are on, your mechanics are right and you have good stuff. Just as you say past performance from earlier in the game does not translate, it is also true that those splits don't necessarily translate either.

It probably doesn't matter. If he pitches the 7th, he would have been done for the 8th and 9th and we still have to rely on the pen.
