With his club held high

I… I love you too she says as their eyes lock together. He could feel his heart skip a beat as his breath fills his lungs unable to escape. There was a slight motion of his eyes that grows wider, but then settles back to their normal position. He had not expected hearing the words back so easily. It felt very nice. The emotion on her face only registers that all this was real. Baba Yaga meant what she said.

The air finally escapes his lungs with a loud sigh. He had almost forgotten how to breathe. He could feel her own warm breath against his face as she kept close. His heart rapidly thumps in his chest, ears flickering forward as she speaks again. He nods slightly in agreement. Though he had never been sure because she hadn't said it, he could always feel it. From their first moment of intimacy when Titan was created he knew something was different.

"I cannot be your sheild," he says again softly. He wasn't sure if she exactly understood why he was saying this. "To be a stallion with rights to his own herd should be opened up to someone else. I no longer have the will for it." He pulls back so that he could look into her eyes. Would she understood what he was trying to say? "I will have to explain this to Amber too and I hope that she keeps the Forest her home, but she could leave us." He couldn't hold it against Amberlyn if she did leave.

Though he hoped she would stay here with Midir and maybe even bring her own lover here to grow this family. Because she was still family. "My sole focus is to you and my children. But I want want children with you from here on out and I only want to love you." He kept his words in English so that maybe she could understand better. It was technically his native language anyway with his other language being a family tradition.

"If you would like me to still help patrol borders I will gladly. Though you know I am better suited to keeping the Forest happy with our presence here. And, hopefully, showing you the love you deserve every night." Dagda has always been a more gentle being. No fighting, arguing, or any of the sort that the head of the herds usually did. He was better suited playing with all the children, telling them stories, and teaching them about the land. He liked to care for the island and make sure everyone was showing respect to the land around them.
