Why the f**k would we get stuck with 2.5% raises for 2022 and 2023? Those 2 years were negotiated and agreed to by the police in 2021 when they first settled their 8yr contract. It blows my mind the EB settled for something that was negotiated that long ago.
Talk about some great negotiating skills fellas.
