Re(2): Tomato tomatoe

I apologize for making an assumption, Mr. cash. I too was making a generalization as many refused to embrace the glass court game.
I will disagree with your comment on how there is no opportunity to terminate the point. I think the cause for the long points is not the court itself, but more of a credit to the athleticism and catching ability of the feature game players at Magic city. There are plenty of opportunities to terminate a point however guys like Douglas and Goitxerri make it extremely difficult to finish a point when they track down the ball with their foot speed and make these incredible athletic acrobatic catches when most people would just drop the ball. I would also say that in my perspective, I tend to appreciate the difficulty of being able to keep up with the long point
I will give you kudos on the Armenta 3:16 comment. You are going back about 25 years.. yes I was very self-promoting in my early 20s but I will say that this resulted in me getting a tryout so I am not going to apologize for anything that I did. I will say that I was a long time ago and like all of us we tend to grow up and change as we get older. I am now just a family man, and a fan of this beautiful sport who is thankful that it is still around regardless of what version is being played and how long the points are. I don’t think it’s a bad thing as not having any jai alai would be bad.
I say this with absolutely zero sarcasm Mr. cash
I appreciate your reply and your points are very insightful
I hope you have an awesome day
